Q. How long does it take to drop a bag using BioEnable kiosks?
Most passengers complete the entire bag drop process in 15–30 seconds.
Q. Do I need to print the bag tag myself?
Yes. The kiosk prints the IATA bag tag for you after biometric verification. Just attach it to your bag.
Q. Is biometric verification (face scan) mandatory?
Yes. Face recognition is required for security and to link the bag to your boarding pass.
Q. What if my bag is overweight?
The kiosk will automatically show the exact weight. If it exceeds the limit, the screen will guide you to the airline counter.
Q. Can I drop more than one bag at the same kiosk?
Yes. You can drop multiple bags one by one in the same session.
Q. Does the kiosk work with all airlines?
Yes. It is compatible with all major airlines and their DCS systems (Amadeus, SITA, Sabre, etc.).
Q. What is the difference between Simple Kiosk and Full End-to-End system?
Simple Kiosk: You print the tag and drop the bag manually at the conveyor.
Full End-to-End: The kiosk automatically accepts the bag and pushes it directly onto the conveyor.
8. What happens if there is an error or issue during bag drop?
The screen will clearly guide you. If needed, airport staff are notified instantly and will assist you.
9. Is my personal data safe during the process?
Yes. All biometric data is encrypted and automatically deleted after the process as per DGCA and privacy norms.
10. Can international passengers also use these kiosks?
Yes. The kiosks are designed for both domestic and international passengers and support multiple languages.
