IBM needed a unified, scalable solution to onboard large volumes of applicants, securely store their demographic and ID-proof data, and instantly verify identity anywhere in the network.
BioEnable’s Fingerprint-Based Candidate Identity Management System is a two-tier platform combining:
Hardware: Fingkey Hamster USB fingerprint scanner + Logitech QuickCam Pro webcam
Desktop App: Captures candidate name, addresses, contact details, photograph, and right-thumb fingerprint; attaches a scanned copy of one government ID
Data Storage: Secure central database (on-prem or cloud)
Search & Reporting: Lookup by name, email, phone or fingerprint; attach CVs, additional documents; generate audit-ready recruitment analytics
At each of the 25 locations, new candidates register via the Desktop App, then all records synchronize in real time to the central server. Later, any site can verify a candidate by scanning their fingerprint—instantly retrieving the full profile and attached documents.
Registration Station captures all candidate inputs and pushes them encrypted to the Central Server.
Central Web App manages the master Candidate Database, provides real-time verification, and enables customizable reports for recruiters.
