BioEnable Successfully Completes Pilot Implementation of MOSIP in Burkina Faso

Pune, 21st August 2023 - BioEnable Technologies, a leading global technology solutions provider, is proud to announce the successful completion of a pilot implementation of the Modular Open Source Identity Platform (MOSIP) in Burkina Faso, a landlocked West African country. This achievement marks a significant milestone in the journey towards enhancing digital identity management and promoting secure and inclusive identity services in the region.

MOSIP is an open-source platform designed to facilitate the creation, management, and authentication of digital identities for governments and organizations. With a focus on scalability, security, and interoperability, MOSIP empowers nations to build robust identity ecosystems that can support various social and economic initiatives.

The successful completion of the pilot signifies the platform's effectiveness in streamlining identity management processes and enabling secure access to essential services for citizens.

The Burkina Faso team has been working diligently to expedite the pilot implementation. To date, they have successfully completed approximately 1400 registrations, achieving an impressive success rate of 96%. An additional 600 registrations are also in progress. The team is on track to meet their target of completing the pilot by the end of the month, showcasing their dedication to advancing digital identity initiatives in the country.
