Palm Vein USB Scanner

Palm vein USB scanner is a biometric authentication USB device that scans vein patterns of a palm of an individual in order to authenticate the identity. Palm vein USB scanner can be considered almost foolproof authentication method as it uses near infrared light to capture the image of the patterns of the veins that are underneath the physical skin. Because of this reason, it becomes practically impossible for intruders to forge or duplicate a person’s identity.

Palm vein USB scanner eliminates the requirement of getting physically in contact with the scanning device in order to provide biometric authentication. Because of near infrared light, palm vein USB scanner captures the image of the patterns of the veins from a distance, hence increasing the life of the scanning device.
